I have had a Velocity SPT on both my road and TT bikes, and they work great! It is very stable; the bottles stay put, they are easy to reach from any riding position, they sit low in the turbulent air behind the thighs; there's room for a mini pack alongside and a mini pump to be Velcro-attached under. The mounting design requires a round seat post. Some other types attach to the saddle rails, but don't work with all saddles.
