I did a triathlon with regular goggles and panicked b/c I couldn't see the buoys well, and everything was fogging up. I wore these on my last one, and had no headaches, felt more comfortable being able to judge distance better, and they didn't fog up. I love them!!!!!! I wear the -2.0 correction.
