Free Shipping Offer

TriVillage pays for the cost to ship orders of $75 and greater to you. In order to obtain free shipping you must select the shipping method "Free Shipping ($75 Minimum - US Only). Free shipping is available on orders of $75 and greater within the 48 contiguous United States. Qualifying orders using the "Free Shipping ($75 Minimum - US Only) method will be shipped with a carrier and method selected by TriVillage at the time of shipment. Return shipments do not qualify for free shipping.


Shipping Policy

All product purchases from TriVillage.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  In order to protect you, we insure most shipments and the cost of insurance is included in the shipping costs computed at checkout.  

 

TriVillage.com offers Ground Shipping, 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, USPS Priority mail and USPS First Class Mail (available only for items with a weight of less than 1 lb) to the 48 contiguous states. Due to high UPS costs to Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam, Trivillage ships these orders using USPS priority. Free Shipping nor Ground Shipping apply to these locations.  As mentioned above, we automatically insure most shipments.  The insurance cost is included in the shipping charge computed during checkout.  UPS shipments may be tracked using the tracking number we provide you via email after we ship your order.  USPS Priority mail and USPS First Class Mail are generally the lowest cost options for items weighing less than 2 pounds (less than 1 pound for USPS First Class Mail); however, tracking information is not as detailed nor is the delivery date guaranteed.  Next day shipping may also be available depending on product availability.  Please contact our Customer Care representatives by calling 1-866-874-2525 or emailing customerservice@trivillage.com to schedule next day shipping.

 

Shipping costs can be viewed prior to making a purchase by using the Shipping Calculator in the floating shopping cart (US and Canada only) or in the regular Shopping Cart Page. Once you have added the items and entered the correct quantities in the Shopping Cart, simply select the Country, enter the zip code and state if applicable, select the Shipping Method and press the Apply button to view the Shipping Amount in the shopping cart. 

 

TriVillage.com ships orders received by 10:00am EST by the end of the business day.  If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will make every effort to ship it within 48 hours.  TriVillage.com will pay for Ground shipment if your order is split into more than one shipment as a result of an out of stock item.  The following in-transit averages can be used to estimate the arrival of your shipment after you have received the TriVillage.com email confirming shipment.

Ground shipments - 5 to 7 business days after shipment

2nd Day Air - 2 business days after shipment

USPS Priority mail & First Class mail - 2 - 3 days after shipment (not guaranteed)

 

Shipping Restrictions

Governments adopt and modify shipping restrictions from time to time.  In order to avoid shipping delays, we recommend you contact your country’s customs department and confirm that no restrictions have been imposed on the importation of the items you intend to order from us.  If we determine that customs restrictions prevent us from shipping your items, we will immediately contact you via e-mail and will issue a 100% refund.

Due to exorbitant international shipping rates for oversized, bulky, heavy items, the following items can not ship internationally: baby strollers and bicycle trainers.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes associated with importing and clearing your items through customs are not included in the shipping costs charged during the checkout process.  These costs are incurred when the Parcel Carrier clears the products through customs on your behalf.  You will be required to reimburse the Parcel Carrier for these costs at the time of delivery to your home or business.  Although we are confident our Parcel Carrier partners understand the importation requirements in all the countries where they operate, government agency actions and decisions may results in shipping delays.  We are not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of these actions or decisions.
