Posted By: Roy LazarusFor a running shoe that is not too heavy and not too light, but just right, check out the Asics GT-2000. This is a great shoe offering support for the mild to moderate overpronator. You can log heavy miles on it during training as it does have a very durable sole, but it is also ideal for your half or full marathon.
For those cramped toes that need some extra wiggle room, the regular D width has plenty of extra space to keep the digits happy. Highly recommended. I have run 11 marathons and logged thousands of miles on many similar shoes, but the Asics GT-2000 are definitely in the starting rotation.
